About Us
Nyamagesa SDA Mixed School
Nyamagesa SDA School was established in 1998 through the sponsorship of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (Nyamagesa SDA Church) with the aim of providing quality, faith-based education to children in the surrounding community. Since its establishment, the school has grown steadily and continues to play an important role in nurturing learners academically, spiritually, and morally in line with Christian values and the Kenyan education system.
The school is strategically located along the Masimba–Keroka Highway corridor in Ibacho Zone, Masaba South Sub-County in Kisii County.
Nyamagesa SDA School is a mixed boarding Primary and Junior School offering holistic education under the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC). The institution focuses on academic excellence, character development, and practical skills that prepare learners to become responsible citizens and future leaders.
Currently, the school has a student population of approximately 360 learners and a dedicated staff of 47 members who work collaboratively to ensure a conducive learning environment. Through strong leadership, committed teachers, and the support of parents and the church, the school continues to strive for excellence in education, discipline, and co-curricular development.
Everyday at Nyamagesa SDA School is like a blessing with the active students and talented staff members around.
